NON-COMMERCIALIZATION POLICY

A RESOLUTION OF THE OCRA BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING

OCRA's NON-COMMERCIALIZATION POLICY

OCRA's mission is to provide high quality educational programs to regulatory affairs professionals in the medical products industries, and to offer a neutral forum for the exchange of information regarding issues and activities of interest to our members. In line with this mission, participants in OCRA programs are expecting valuable educational sessions and are critical of speakers or sessions that are self-promotional. Our policy therefore requires that no speaker use a program session for commercial sales pitches, self-promotion or unwarranted criticism of a competitor.  Presentations should only advance the educational needs of our members; sales pitches do not advance these needs, and are therefore not acceptable. Speakers are not permitted to distribute company promotional literature, brochures or sales materials in any form to attendees during their session unless prior permission has been granted by the OCRA Board of Directors.

PASSED AND APPROVED at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 22nd day of August, 2005.

Paul Kramsky

President, Board of Directors
