The next MDR Network meeting will be held on on July 16th from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.
The meeting topic is: Practical Methods of Complaint Trending. The meeting will be held at Alcon Laboratories, 15800 Alton Parkway, Irvine. See the attached flyer for directions.
We all are looking for easier ways to get the same job done. None of us like to spend days or weeks preparing trend charts for the monthly quality and management review meetings. Don’t get me wrong, we all love to do the charts (don’t we?). We just don’t want preparation to consume our lives.
Join us on July 16th to talk about complaint trends, best methods, common pitfalls, and a little known Excel feature (pivot table charting) to make our lives easier. Our speaker will be Julie Taylor. Julie is a consultant with an expertise in data mining, data analysis, and trending.
