For all other forms of payment: Receipts will be given at the event and will not be available prior to the event. Name badges and all Conference Materials will be provided at the on-site registration desk. Submit one copy for each person attending. Non-Member Rate includes 2009 OCRA Membership (valid through the end of 2009). If registering as a Non-Member, please return registration form with a completed OCRA membership application. This is a two-step process: 1st is payment, 2nd is registration. (*Students will be asked to help with set up, tear down and possibly more tasks in exchange for the discounted rate. OCRA Student Rate applies to those individuals enrolled in a Regulatory or Quality related academic program at an accredited institution. Proof of full time enrollment required. Student ID and copy of current class schedule required to register.) If you have taken this class in the past, we can offer you the $50 discounted rate for a refresher course. 2.
