OCRA Mentoring Program

OCRA Mentoring Program is Accepting Applications for 2012

OCRA is launching a Mentoring Program to help promote the career growth and development of OCRA Members and to strengthen the regulatory affairs profession. Applications to become a Mentor or a Mentee are required. Please submit before June 29, 2012

A Mentoring Program is a process for professional and personal development in which an individual (the Mentee) strives to achieve a development goal(s) under the guidance of a more experienced colleague (the Mentor). Mentoring is not intended to help Mentees find new jobs, but it can be helpful in discussions related to changing careers or advancing in current career paths.

USC announces its new family of “safety” graduate certificates!

The University of Southern California has recently launched five new graduate certificate programs. These “mini” graduate programs have a focus on particular areas important to medical products environment.

Orange Community College District (NOCCCD)

School of Continuing Education was awarded a grant to develop medical device industry-relevant curricula and training for new and existing workers. Through this grant the Medical Device Training Initiative of Orange County (MDTIOC) was created and is able to offer training programs at no cost to companies and employees during the grant period.
