If your organization would like to co-sponsor an event with OCRA, or have an event promoted to OCRA Members, please review the information below, and e-mail or contact OCRA’s Program Chair with your program information.
He/she will obtain Board approval, and arrange with the webmaster to have your announcement posted once it is approved.
Partnership Criteria
For the benefit of our membership OCRA will, on occasion, partner with other organizations to jointly sponsor programs, e-mail members regarding other organizations’ events, or forward to our members announcements for other organizations’ programs. In determining which activities we will co-sponsor, the Board of Directors will consider the following:- The activity should be a potential benefit or interest to OCRA members.
- The event should not be in direct conflict with OCRA planned programs of a similar topic.
- The event should not conflict with or detract from OCRA’s planned program attendance.
- The activity should not be a promotional or commercial event for an individual, firm, partnership or organization.
- No active e-mail promotion of any other organization’s promotional activities within 90 days of the Annual OCRA Educational Conference. The board will permit reference to these meetings on the OCRA event calendar, under the "Other Meetings" category.
- No promotional activity without board approval.
